When do you work?
I work 7 days per week but on weekends I tend not to be as active as I need some time off, however I cast every single day unless otherwise stated on my shop announcement.
Why aren't you on Etsy anymore?
Etsy has become extremely unfriendly to spellcasting and it is now actually directly against Etsy policies and they are shutting down more and more stores that offer these services and restricting the activities of Spellcasters so I have branched out to more friendly platforms and put time into investing in this website where I can be more focussed on people who are serious about spellwork and the things they are looking to achieve.
When working on Etsy I often got so busy that I was unable to keep up with follow ups and doing the extra work people needed from me so I feel that coming away from there will allow me to work with a smaller group of people who are serious about their wishes and fixing broken connections etc.
I believe moving away from Etsy is best for me and for everyone who needs my help.

I read online that your magic work yealds no results. Is this true?
If you search any spellcaster by name on google, you will find reddit posts or other posts about how their rituals "didn't work". People generally only go online to complain as they don't feel the need to rave about things that helped them get what they want, as much as they do about things they believe have "failed".
I worked with over 3500 people on Etsy alone and estimate at least another 5000 on other platforms and directly. To find a handful of people online who say bad things about you when you work with so many people is common. I refuse to read or acknowledge unfounded negativity. I'm always open to hearing constructive feedback and taking people's experience to make me a better provider of services but outright lies are something I won't give any energy to.
Less than 3% of all feedback I've ever had has been below 5/5 stars. This is a remarkable metric that I am extremely proud of.
